BYU Spectacular! with David Archuleta
“The Empress of Soul” finally has her calling day at BYU. Seven-time Grammy Award winner Gladys Knight headlines the 2016 BYU Homecoming Spectacular! along with a cappella YouTube sensation Peter Hollens and Utah’s young star Lexi Mae Walker. Add on BYU’s student ensembles and the event earns an A+ in entertainment.

EDGEhomes Pumpkin Bash
EDGEhomes is providing the fun this weekend for home owners and future home owners. With a pumpkin painting contest, live bands, bounce houses, catered lunch and more, you’ll have a bash.

When: Oct. 15 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
“Catch Me If You Can”
Isn’t this “con”-ing? You can run, you can hide, but you’ll never be able to give the police the slip like Frank Abagnale Jr. Based on a true story, this musical tells the story of a young con-artist who took on the world of professions he didn’t have by storm. When FBI agent Carl Hanratty starts tailing the swindler, Frank’s life of luxury looks like it could meet its end. Catch this musical — if you can — at the Hale Center Theater Orem this fall at 7:30 p.m. Tickets range from $17 to $23.

Thriller Odyssey Dance Theatre
As “darkness falls across the land” Odyssey Dance Theatre has made it’s way to Provo for the annual Halloween haunt, “Thriller.” Prepare to laugh as classic Halloween stories are turned to comedies in technically stunning dances.
When: Oct. 12-15, 17 at 7:30 p.m.; Saturday matinee at 2 p.m.

Let the fall festivities begin! This year Cornbelly’s corn maze has taken shape in the form of a beloved cartoon, “Peanuts.” Cornbelly’s won the USA Today Readers’ Choice Award for Best Corn Maze in 2016.
