Casting call As pantry manager at Tabitha’s Way food pantry in American Fork, Anadine fed 750 people the week before our shoot. “We hug and feed people not only with food but with care and encouragement,” she says. This mother of five grew up speaking with a Spanish accent thanks to her Chilean mother and served an LDS mission in Uruguay.
Encore “My best friend and I competed in Tour de Tucson and came in exactly tied crossing the finish line. We had been trying to beat each other for 35 miles!”

The show must go on “Being a single mother, working full time, and feeling the loneliness of divorce was very painful. After much forgiving, letting go and a determination to try again, my husband and I remarried six months later. We have been remarried four years in May and though it has been a tough road and a hard one at times — it has been worth every moment.”
