What is your biggest fear in life? Marrying someone just because I feel like I need to get married.

How do you meet potential dates? Church. I get set up all the time. Around town.

What would you be doing if you weren’t an attorney? I would be writing poetry, short stories, and novels and teaching creative writing (and snuggling often by a fire!)

What is the best and/or worst thing about being single? The best thing about being single is the flexibility I have in my time. The worst thing about being single is having no one with whom to share intimate, beautiful moments.

What is your biggest fear in life? Revealing my deepest inner self — the little boy, the poet, the real me.

How do you meet potential dates? I have exhausted the patience of friends and family who have attempted to set me up. I, therefore, resort to the equivalent of “will work for food signs” — online dating.

What is the hardest thing about being a parent to your three children? Remaining emotionally connected and attentive to their unique needs and nature.

How do you feel about lawyer jokes? I love them! My favorite: How do you know a lawyer is lying? His lips are moving!

What poem do you have memorized? “She Walks in Beauty like the Night” by Byron and “Stopping by Woods on a Snowy Evening” by Frost.

What was it like to turn 40? Extraordinary! Everyone — family, friends, co-workers — celebrated by fattening me with dinners, burying me in black balloons, and reminding me that I am “still” young.

How do you meet potential dates? If they’re attractive and they have the light I’ll just introduce myself. No fear, man.

Describe your best date so far. The best date I went on was with an incredible girl. We were at her house and made our own dinner and then went to “La Caille” and sat outside and talked. Isn’t that romantic?

What is the last book you read? ”Timeline” by Michael Crichton

What is your favorite word in Spanish? “Moceton” — it means “strapping lad’ or “Trey.” I learned it in Spain.

What is your favorite thing about being single? It’s overrated. I’m really impatient because I want to find my best friend for eternity.

Blonde or Brunette? Blonde, but it doesn’t make that big of a difference. There are some beautiful brunettes.

What is your sales approach when selling instruments? I try to make people feel comfortable. I like to build a rapport with the customer. Ya know, make people smile, crack a few jokes.

What has been the highlight of your life so far? Playing music in front of thousands of people with my best friend and brother, Trey. It’s an incredible high. We’ve made some great CDs.

What’s the greatest thing about being Danny Warner? I have an awesome family. It’s great to be best friends with the people you live with.

How did you get started as a musician? I started playing music when I was 16. My brother Trey sent me home a guitar from his mission and told me that we’d rock together when he got back.

Who is better looking — you or Trey? We both have our style. We can both work it. I guess it’s up to the ladies on that one.

What’s the first CD you ever owned? Jimmy Eat World: “Static Prevails.” I’m a longtime die-hard fan.

Is Utah Valley a good place to be a musician? I really like the clean atmosphere and good people. It really could use more support (better turn out).

What is your favorite restaurant in Utah Valley? Bombay House. It’s an impressive first date.

Would you rather date a girl who is 5-feet-tall or 6-feet-tall? I’ll go anywhere from 5’5” to 6’

Blonde or brunette? Brunette — as opposed to my brother who’s all about the blondes. I lean toward brunettes, but there is the occasional blond that catches the eye.

Sandra Bullock or Reese Witherspoon? Sandra Bullock. What kind of question is this? Haven’t you seen Sandra in “Miss Congeniality?” Two words: blue dress. Simply stunning!

What did you do on your most recent date? Bombay House, Scrabble, and hot tub.

Claim to fame | The time I ran up on the stage of “The Price Is Right.” An older woman, who I had never met before, won the showcase showdown. I pretended to be her son — hugging her, Bob Barker and the Barker’s Beauties. The best part was sitting in her new car with her waving to the camera.

If you sit down at a piano, what song will you start plunking out? Either “Great Balls of Fire” or the “Boogy Woogy on Bourbon Street.” They always light up a room.

How did you get front row seats to the World Series? Put my little brother on crutches, asked for a wheelchair, then posed as his escort to the front row handicapped section. Thanks, Ricky!

What’s the best movie ever made? “Hoosiers,” hands down.

What is the last book you read? This is embarrassing, but I was recently given “First Comes Love,” a dating and marriage book. It’s actually a pretty good book.

What section of the newspaper do you read first? I check out the front page for recent events and then read every page of the sports section.

What is your biggest fear in life? Turning 35, single and bald with prostate cancer.

How do you meet women? I usually get set-up or meet great girls through my friends.
