The Sundance restaurants feature award winning dining, each with their own distinctive style.  The Foundry Grill and The Tree Room are located at the heart of the Sundance Resort in North Fork Provo Canyon, just minutes from Utah Valley, while Zoom is located at the foot of Main Street in Park City.
The Tree Room, Sundance’s fine dining restaurant, features seasonal mountain cuisine at its best. The atmosphere is romantic, with candlelight and soft illumination accenting the Native American Art and Western memorabilia from Robert Redford’s private collection. The Foundry Grill, noted by Zagat’s for its “brunches to die for” is a casual, three-meal-a-day restaurant with an incredible view of Mt. Timpanogos.
The hearty, down-home seasonal flavor is achieved through cooking techniques that center around the restaurant’s open “Foundry” kitchen, which features a wood-burning grill, oven and rotisserie.
Zoom opened its doors in Park City in November of 1995 in Park City’s former train depot. Since that time, the restaurant has evolved as a popular spot for both locals and visitors to Park City. The restaurant was featured on the cover of Bon Apetit magazine for its extraordinary cheesecake, and the location is a favorite of Sundance Film Festival attendees, as well as Park city locals.
Its chic but comfortable, contemporary interior sets off the charm of the historic depot.
The restaurant is known for its distinctive twist on American Continental Cuisine, taking each dish and making it its own, turning ordinary mac and cheese into a gourmet comfort food.
