With the accountability and motivation that EXL Fitness & Performance provides, 2011 could be the year you finally reach your fitness goals.

“We offer team workouts, personal training and nutritional counseling to help people achieve their fitness goals, whether that is a major lifestyle change or looking better for swimsuit season,” says Mat Gover, owner of EXL Fitness & Performance.

EXL’s popular boot camp classes are a great way to get an intense workout in a fun, group setting.

“Some people are intimidated by boot camp, but when they get going they realize there are campers who are older, younger, bigger and smaller and it doesn’t matter,” Mat explains. “It’s challenging for everyone, and in boot camp you have a room full of cheerleaders.”

EXL also offers a free 2-week trial period where you can take classes and see if the program is a good fit.

Mat has worked as a fitness professional for 16 years and is constantly changing and improving his program and methods.

“Training evolves and what I’m doing this year is always going to be different from what I did last year,” Mat says.
