BYU senior linebacker, Spencer Hadley, has been indefinitely suspended from the Cougars football team for a violation of team rules by BYU head coach Bronco Mendenhall.

Hadley, who was named to the Butkus Award watch list, started BYU’s first two games at inside linebacker. He recorded 12 tackles and two pass breakups in those games against Virginia and Texas.

Overall, the 6-foot-1, 227-pound senior has started 16 games with 39 appearances at both inside and outside linebacker.
