If you are finding yourself increasingly aware of your singleness or prepping for your romantic Valentine’s Day date this Friday, Disney has your back. Disney taught you to believe in “once upon a time” and now they can help you obtain your “happily ever after” with these flirting tips.
1. First, you have to get their attention.
Or if that doesn’t work, make their knees melt with the smolder.
Or, give them that winning smile.
2. Share a meal.
Nothing says “I like you” as your willingness to give up the last french fry.
3. Give them elaborate gifts.
Or maybe not so elaborate, but something that says, “I’m thinking of you when we aren’t together, but not in a creepy stalkerish type of way.”
4. Make yourself more presentable.
Which sometimes means wearing something flashy to get their attention.
But remember girls:
Trust me, men everywhere are thanking me right now for giving you this advice.
5. Make them dinner.
Extra points for smooth moves. (P.S. This is only impressive if you know how to cook something outside of Top Ramen. Macaroni and Cheese is acceptable.)
6. Compliment them.
Seriously, Disney princes are somehow masters of flattery. How else would they get the girl so fast?
7. Sing love ballads.
Because, why not make life a musical?
8. Come up with some good pick up lines.
A good one-liner can go a long way, and might I mention, also melt their heart.
9. Allow them to get away with ideas like this.
Everyone just wants someone that will back them up when they say something outlandish.
10. Incorporate playful banter.
This only works for the cleverest of people, but is safe for most people in texting situations.
11. Never pass up a chance to dance.
Rumor has it that this even works for people with two left feet.
12. Master the hair flip.
WARNING: May cause whiplash. Be extra cautious when in close proximity to others.
13. Impress them with your foreign language skills.
There is more than one love language out there, but not necessarily the guttural languages.
14. Commandeer a ship to rescue them.
OK, that might be a little extreme.
15. Just always remember what a little genie-bee told you:
