Stein reports that Jimmer will sign a one-year deal for the league minimum for a three-year veteran, about $900,000.
Fredette, a 6 foot-2, 195 pound sharp shooter, is expected to provide 3-point shooting off the bench for the Pelicans.

The 2011 NCAA National Player of the Year was the 10th overall pick in the first round of the 2011 NBA Draft by the Sacramento Kings. He has averaged 6.9 points per game during his NBA tenure.
