new-themeThe Mutual theme for LDS youth in 2015 comes from Doctrine and Covenants 4:2: “O ye that embark in the service of God, see that ye serve him will all your heart, might, mind and strength, that ye may stand blameless before God at the last day.”

The theme was announced by the Young Men and Young Women General Presidencies in a letter, which also indicates that videos and music will be available to supplement the theme by the end of 2014. The theme is intended to be used in Mutual opening exercises, as a topic for sacrament meeting talks by youth, and to provide focus for camps, youth conferences and devotionals throughout 2015.

Past Mutual themes have included:

2014: “Come Unto Christ”

2013: “Stand ye in holy places, and be not moved”

2012: “Arise and shine forth”

2011: 13th Article of Faith

2010: “Be strong and of a good courage”

2009: “Be thou an example of the believers”

2008: “Be steadfast and immovable, always abounding in good works”

2007: “Let virtue garnish thy thoughts unceasingly”
