BYU women’s basketball: Garfield out for the year


Senior guard Ashley Garfield revealed today on Twitter that she has a torn ACL, partially torn Meniscus and a grade two MCL injury.

Garfield suffered the injury at LMU on Jan. 8. In her senior year, Garfield was having her best season as a Cougar, averaging 5. 1 points, 7.5 rebounds and 2.5 assists per game. She played and started in 16 games this season.


Steven is an online intern majoring in Communications at Brigham Young University. His interests include playing golf, reading fiction and having fun with his family.
