If you’ve ever wondered what it takes to be a BYU Cougarette, BYU’s new documentary following the Cougarettes 2014–15 season has answers for you.

“Nobody knows what this feels like until you’re on (the team),” said Kayla Bagshaw, a dance captain, in the video. “To everybody who is not on Cougarettes, it is one of the best experiences you will ever go through and it’s indescribable.”

From hair and makeup preparations to the finals in Daytona Beach, Florida, the documentary follows the team throughout the 2014–15 season.

In April, the Cougarettes won their 15th NDA National Dance Team title. This year the Cougarettes claimed the 2015 NDA National Championship for the open dance and hip hop categories.
