Scott Sterling — the Studio C character who has garnered 35 million views on YouTube — will return in another sketch comedy that will premiere at the second CVX Live event in Orem slated for March 25–26.
Today at a press conference at the UCCU Center at UVU, the CVX Live creators (also known as the faces behind Kid History and Bored Shorts TV) announced an impressive lineup for their convention where YouTube creators meet their fans.
The lineup of YouTube stars coming to CVX Live includes Shaytards, Stuart Edge, Cute Girls Hairstyles, Madilyn Paige, Working with Lemons, Alex Boye, Beautilicious Insider, What’s Inside and Scott DW.
“Utah has amazing YouTube fans and YouTube talent, so it’s a no-brainer to have an event here,” said Brett Roberts, CVX founder and one of the funny men behind Bored Shorts TV.
The first CVX was in August and drew 6,000 attendees. This time, Dave Roberts estimates 20,000+ fans will line up at the UCCU Center to meet and greet their favorite YouTubers.
In addition, this second-time event includes an educational track (built by YouTube “how-to” legend Derral Eves), the Utah Film Awards and “The Next Big YouTuber” contest.
