Utah-Tube: BYU Vocal Point celebrates 25th anniversary with alumni and 25 musical hits

BYU Vocal Point, which is typically a 9-man a cappella group, expanded its group numbers to include alumni in its most recent music video.

The one-shot video takes a tour of 25 years of music with 25 musical hits including Backstreet Boys, Carly Rae Jepsen, the “Titanic” theme-song, Disney’s “Let it Go” and more.

In March, Vocal Point held an alumni concert to celebrate 25 years in the performing business. The group was founded in 1991 by Bob Ahlander and Dave Boyce, who were following a national musical trend at the time.
