BYU basketball big man Eric Mika returned from his LDS mission in Rome, Italy on Tuesday night.

The 6-foot-10 forward averaged 11.8 points per game and 6.4 rebounds per game during his freshman season at BYU in 2013–14.

Mika is one of three BYU basketball players — including Nick Emery and TJ Haws — who were part of Lone Peak High School basketball team that won the 2012–13 MaxPreps national high school basketball championship. All three will play for BYU’s basketball team for the 2016–17 season.
