Cameron Jensen is perhaps best known for his rockstar linebacker days for BYU and the Seattle Seahawks. But these days, he’s a baller in the social media world as CEO of NUVI. The Lehi company serves 1,200 clients, has 120 employees and just moved into its new 45,500-square-foot office in Lehi.
The RED Talking “I empower people. I want people to take ownership and lead themselves. My red shows through in accountability. I hold people accountable for things.”
Biggest Accomplishment “Building NUVI to what it’s become with my amazing team. I’m also proud of our company providing 115 jobs to the local community. We don’t hire much out of state. It’s all local hiring from local universities — and it’s those jobs that build a community.”
Favorite Accomplishment “A free agent making the roster with the Seahawks.”
First Job “My lawn care and snow removal business at age 12.”
Dream Job “When I was a kid, I wanted to be a Navy Seal. I’ve always loved teams, and they’re the best there is. I’m actually still really intrigued by them.”
Key to Success “I’m consistent, competitive and focused. My competitive drive is relentless.”
Celebration Station “We have a gong at NUVI — and it rings through the entire building every time something goes our way.”
