Jenny Oaks Baker leaves her solo career in her newest music video to join her family in celebrating Independence Day.

Baker’s four children —  Laura, age 14 on violin and drums; Hannah, age 13 on piano; Sarah, age 11 on cello; and Matthew, age 9 on classical and electric guitar — join their mother for “Copland Rock Suite.” The song joins American songs “Billy the Kid,” “Simple Gifts” and “Hoedown” from “Rodeo.”

The music video was filmed at Zion National Park in Southern Utah.

During filming, Baker’s filming crew ran into catastrophe when their drone crashed. While they searched for the drone over a day and a half, they were not able to recover most of their aerial footage.

“We were able to recover some of the footage and ended up with what i think is a really fun, exuberant and exciting video,” Jenny Oaks Baker wrote in an email.
