Growing up in Blanding, Utah, I spent a lot of time outdoors. My family lived right next to a mountain and we enjoyed four-wheeling and camping.

Sports played a big role in shaping me as a I grew up. I played basketball, tennis and football and it taught me how to be a team player.

After high school, I served an LDS mission in Atlanta, Georgia. That experience helped me learn that I can do hard things.

I graduated from Utah Valley University with a business degree and jumped into the real estate world. My dad’s career was commercial real estate in Phoenix and Atlanta before he moved our family back to Blanding.

I started out part-time and was lucky enough to be mentored by Cody Black and Brandon Fugal. They taught me the keys to success in real estate. I’ve been with Coldwell Banker Commercial for seven years and I love it.

I specialize in office space and tenant representation in Utah Valley. It has been awesome to be a resource for many of the valley’s fastest growing companies. Some of my clients include Younique, eLearning Brothers and Alterra.

While my job does keep me very busy, I do like the flexibility it gives me to help out my wife, Brooke, at home. I met Brooke through a roommate in college and we have been married for seven years. She is a stay-at-home mom but also graduated from BYU and cosmetology school.

We have two kids: my son Tavvin who is 3 and my daughter Harlo who is 1. One of the best things about being a dad is coming home from work to a big hug and kiss from my kids. And I love it when my son says I’m his best friend. Seeing them learn and grow brings so much joy.

My family just moved into a new home in Lehi, and my wife and I like shopping for new furniture. Our favorite store is Down To Earth at Gardner Village.

Because of my real estate background, I think I have developed more of an opinion on interior design than most husbands. My favorite part about our house are the big windows that face the mountains. It brings a lot of natural light inside.

I love my home, my family and my job. I consider myself very lucky.
