It was out of the “Mommy Break” pantry and onto the big stage for the Ashley Gardner, the Orem, Utah mom of 2-year-old quadruplet girls known as the Gardner Quad Squad.

Gardner got a few minutes with talk show host Ellen DeGeneres alone — just like her brief moment of Twizzler reprieve in her viral video — before the girls and her husband Tyson joined them on stage. Ashley Gardner told DeGeneres about her and her husband Tyson’s infertility trials.

TV host Ellen DeGeneres gifted Ashley Gardner a pantry — Twizzlers included — that she can wear on her back. This was in response to Gardner’s viral YouTube video about parenting. (YouTube Screenshot)

The Gardners struggled with infertility for eight years before the IVF treatments worked. On Dec. 28, 2014, Indie, Esme, Scarlett and Evangeline were born at Utah Valley Hospital in Provo, Utah by caesarean section performed by Dr. Stephen Minton. They were the stars of TLC’s “Rattled,” a show about the first year of a baby’s life that ran in February 2016.

For the second part of the quadruplets on “The Ellen Show,” the girls ran onto stage, sat briefly and then began playing games with the talk show host and running around the stage.

DeGeneres gifted Ashley Gardner a special pantry to wear on her back, so that she can have some more alone time, but DeGeneres also gave the Gardners a trip to Hawaii for the entire family.

The Gardners were the cover story for the January/February 2016 issue of Utah Valley Magazine. Read the story here.
