Trailer tracker: Luscasfilm gives look at ‘The Last Jedi’

The force is strong with the teaser trailer for the newest installment of the “Star Wars” series.

Lucasfilms gives a two-minute look at “Star Wars: The Last Jedi” in the teaser trailer released on Friday. The film picks up where the story left off in “Star Wars: The Force Awakens,” which means fans finally get a better look at Luke Skywalker (a role revised by Mark Hamill).

IMBD summarizes the movie saying, “Having taken her first steps into a larger world in ‘Star Wars: The Force Awakens’ (2015), Rey continues her epic journey with Finn, Poe and Luke Skywalker in the next chapter of the saga.”

Rey will once again be played by Daisy Ridley and John Boyega returns to the role of Finn.

“Star Wars: The Last Jedi” hits theaters on December 15, 2017.
