Customer satisfaction is everything, says No. 1 Collision Repair winner Dave Adams. “We drive that home.”

Dave Adams started his collision repair business in 1986, but the auto industry isn’t new to his pedigree chart. His dad started Adams Car Care Center in 1965, and Dave took over and renamed the business in 1995. The valley continues to show support for the family business, naming Adams G3 Collision Repair Utah Valley’s No. 1 collision repair business.

When someone has been involved in a car collision, Dave says the first thing he or she should do is involve the police and get a police report. After contacting insurance companies comes the fun part: finding the car’s missing piece(s).

“It’s a creative job,” Dave says. “The way products are these days, we have to match colors and we align all the panels and get everything set perfectly.”

He and his employees start a relationship quickly with all of their customers. It can be a stressful time and they want to alleviate some of the burden and let the customer know Dave Adams G3 will do what’s right for them and their car.

It can take time to find the missing pieces for the car, but they work quickly to get someone out the door with a repaired vehicle. A car is typically the second-largest purchase people make in their lifetimes, Dave says, and Adams G3 works to ensure the value of the vehicle isn’t compromised.

“It’s so satisfying to know we can take something crumpled up like that, put it together and get somebody back on their life track and driving track,” Dave says.
