Throughout high school, Reagan Shepherd talked tirelessly with friends about who would go to Skyridge when it opened. Her senior year, she stayed at Lehi as student body president as many friends became Falcons.

Mini-resume Student body president, varsity soccer for four years, Girls State attendant, homecoming royalty, NHS, humanitarian project in Brazil, sports marketing, 3.9 GPA.

Plans after high school Ambassador at Utah State. Major in elementary education and interior design.

Personal motto You rise by lifting others.

Advice for freshmen School is hard but awesome. Get out of your comfort zone. If you find something you love, you’ll find people you love.

Guilty pleasure Oreo peanut butter shake.

Challenges The week before school my freshman year, I had two concussions and couldn’t play soccer for two months and missed the first two weeks of school.

Most common thing your parents say to you “Bring me back my charger!”

Best high school memory Our homecoming game when we beat Pleasant Grove for the first time in 45 years. We rushed the field as fireworks were going off.

Best advice you received Make time for what matters most.

How would others describe you? Happy, optimistic, friendly, energetic — and a little clumsy.

Stress management Run, sing, hang out with friends.

How will you change the world? By influencing those I come in contact with.
