Utah husband and wife duo Scott and Ryceejo Shattuck are stepping it up a notch when it comes to Disney mashups.

The duo released their tenth a cappella video on YouTube yesterday where they performed a mashup of Disney’s “Moana” and “Hercules.”

Capturing the spirit of two Disney anthems, the Orem couple cleverly combined “How Far I’ll Go” and “I’ll Go the Distance” making it into “How Far I’ll Go the Distance.”

Scott is known for doing the beatboxing, bass and tenor and Ryceejo does the alto, mezzo and soprano. Their two voices mesh together, which completes the a cappella ensemble.

While at BYU, Scott performed with BYU Vocal Point for three years. At BYU, Scott met Ryceejo, a girl who won him over with her talent in guitar, piano and singing. It’s no surprise their musical backgrounds have gelled into an a cappella duo.

Recently, Scott and Ryceejo were in the running for CVX Live’s Next Big YouTuber and made it to the Top 30. The voting is currently closed because CVX Live already started, but winners will be announced during the conference.

The two singers are relatively new to putting together videos on YouTube, only starting about a year ago, but are gaining popularity with their fun style, great videos and creative mashups. To see more of Scott and Ryceejo, click here.
