Founded in Utah Valley in 1997, Kneaders Bakery & Cafe opened its 18th location on April 13, 2012, in the Provo Riverwoods, operated by Eric Allan.

Eric became hooked on Kneaders with his first bite of strawberry pie and has now been with the company for 12 years.

The fast-casual restaurant — born and baked in our county — has a total of 59 Kneaders locations throughout six western states.

In addition to its European artisan bread, Kneaders is well-tasted for its pastries, sandwiches, soups and salads.

Special: Celebrate 2018 (and this article) with  a Turkey Bacon Avocado Salad or Sandwich and two cookies for $18. On Jan. 18 only at the Riverwoods location.
