FAQ

How many votes do I get?

Each unique, legitimate email gets one vote per category. For example, if your email is janedoe@gmail.com and you vote in the Best Auto category, you can still vote in the Best Beauty, Best Restaurant, etc. category with the email janedoe@gmail.com.

Why do you require an email?

We require an email to ensure that people are only voting once per email. Your vote will still be counted even if you don’t join any of our email lists. If an email has more than one vote, the vote is not counted. The emails are vetted following voting to eliminate any emails not in compliance with the rules.

What are the email lists?

Weekly Email: A once-a-week email on Utah Valley news that is typically emailed on Friday.
UV To Do: A once-a-month email on events in Utah Valley.
Mormon Mix: An LDS news email.

My business is in Utah Valley and I’m not on the list. Can I still compete?

Yes, email news@utahvalley360.com with your business name and to which categories you would like your business added. We always count the write-in categories at the end of the contest.

What do you consider Utah Valley?

The general range we use for Utah Valley is Lehi to Santaquin.

Several of the restaurants that you listed are no longer here. Such as El Azteca, Gloria’s Little Italy, Chef’s Table, etc.

The Cocoa Bean doesn’t exist in Utah anymore and hasn’t for a year. Also, 5 Sushi Bros should be listed. I just hope the list is as accurate as possible to get the most accurate results!
