Utah County development projects to look forward to in 2018

The Meadows has been a reliable complex for Woodbury Corporation since it opened in 1997. And each year Woodbury Corporations adds something new to the development.

“We are really excited about its future,” Jeff Woodbury said. “It’s been one of those properties has stayed very stable the whole time.”

In 2018, it will open two unnamed stores near Dick’s Sporting Goods and focus its construction on a 142-unit upscale apartment complex, much like what Woodbury Corporation is doing at University Place.

“We’re trying to create walkable communities,” Jeff Woodbury said. … “What we’re finding is that people are wanting apartments as opposed to individual homes. There’s a big percentage of our society who wants to live in apartments.”
