The Journey Pattilynn’s verses started out with an international singing career opening for the Oak Ridge Boys, Billy Dean and Bryan White. Then they bridged through LDS music including her CD titled “Love, Emma.” The chorus has always been motherhood, and now she’s improvising notes as she and her son, Brandon grow Avahlee, a medical spa in Lehi focusing on the latest trends such as Cool Sculpting, as well as helping breast cancer patients feel as beautiful as Pattilynn sees them.

Mile Markers “I wrote the theme song for the DARE program and toured around the country, making friends with police officers. When 9/11 hit, I spent a week at Ground Zero giving out 3,000 of my CDs ‘In the Line of Duty,’ which I originally wrote for my husband’s cousin. CBS found out a singer was down there and followed me around with a camera. I could feel evil and good so tangibly.”

Local Destination “Thanksgiving Point is charming and fun. We also love the Jazz games! We go as often as we can, and the rest of the time, we watch on the couch by the fire — even when they aren’t doing well.”

Road Blocks “I’m my own worst enemy and need to be kinder to myself just like I tell others to be kind to themselves.”
