Pi Day adds up to one simple equation: math + pie = Pi Day.
It’s the 30th anniversary of the math-inspired holiday. The holiday is celebrated on March 14 for pi, denoted by the Greek letter “π,” which represents a ratio (3.14) that helps calculate the circle’s circumference to its diameter.
Here are five Utah County locations to help you celebrate Pi Day the pie style:
Kneaders
Kneaders knows you knead pie on Pi Day. To celebrate the math-inspired holiday, Kneaders is selling pie for $1.50 per slice with the purchase of an entree. And for the celebration, Kneaders has some of its most popular pies available: Key Lime, Coconut Cream, Triple Chocolate Cream, Raspberry Cream Cheese, Apple Cobbler, Berry Patch, and Banana Cream.

Crust Club
Pie isn’t just dessert — it can be dinner too. Besides the flaky desserts, the Crust Club has dinner with meat or macaroni pies. If you didn’t pre-order a pie yesterday, it’s not too late. The Crust Club store in Pleasant Grove is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Plus, there are baby pies — including popular flavors such as Raspberry Cheesecake, Choco Mint, Lemon Cheesecake, and Cake Batter — available at Fizz locations in Spanish Fork, Highland and The Stop in Orem.

Lehi Bakery
From cream pies to fruit pies and on to meat pies, Lehi Bakery has options for both sweet and savory. The fruit pies come in 8-inch, 9-inch and 10-inch sizes.

Provo Bakery
Fresh out of the oven, the Provo Bakery posted on Instagram that their pies are going fast. For this annual celebration, the Provo Bakery cooked up cherry, apple, chocolate, pumpkin and mixed berry pies.

Village Inn
With a wide variety of pie flavors, Village Inn is celebrating Pi Day with a pie discount. Whole pies are $2 off on March 14.
