Hippity, hoppity, Easter is on its way. So grab your cameras and Easter baskets folks — there are thousands of eggs to be hunted and the Easter Bunny to meet at the exciting Easter celebrations hosted all over the county.

One of Utah County’s first Easter egg hunts in 2018 is Saratoga Spring’s Bunny Hop Egg Drop, also known as the Spring Festival. The community event on March 24 at 8 a.m. is for people of all ages. It will be held at Neptune Park.

“This is a great time for our citizens and community partners to come together for some serious family fun,” says Corrine Prestwich, Saratoga Spring’s civic events assistant.

The Miss Saratoga Springs royalty and the Saratoga Springs Youth Council will be at the event to hand out over 40,000 individual prizes, including bikes, scooters and other big prizes from The Tilo Team. Vista Heights Middle School’s Hope Squad will provide free face painting and the Westlake Soccer Team will host a pancake breakfast at the event as well.

“The combination of these community groups makes for a fun morning that has something for people of all ages [and abilities] to enjoy,” Prestwich said.
