



Utahns woke up to a winter surprise on April 17.
But by Tuesday afternoon the sun starting peeking out from behind the clouds. This weather is something Utahns are accustomed to.
Even though the Natural Resources Conservation Service reported in the Utah Snow Survey at the end of the snowpack accumulation season, which ended April 1, that the snowpack accumulation left most basins at between 50 percent to 60 percent of normal, many Utahns were upset about winter interrupting its budding spring. Here are some of the reactions Utahns had to waking up to snow.
