Welcome to the 2018 Utah Valley Parade of Homes. This year’s Parade features 33 homes ranging in all different sizes and price points. This annual event provides the perfect opportunity for area builders to showcase their workmanship and for you to see new innovations in construction and home design by some of the best builders in the nation. As you tour the beautiful homes, please stop and talk to the builders and representatives on site. They will happily answer your questions and discuss your ideas and suggestions. Also, don’t forget to take the business cards of the material suppliers, subcontractors and interior decorators who were an integral part of the Parade and who you may be interested in doing business with.
I want to thank the builders, designers, and subcontractors that work so tirelessly to get the amazing homes ready for the Parade.
I also want to thank the UVHBA staff, parade committee and sponsors for their contributions and support. This event would not be possible without the joint collaboration of everyone. We appreciate your attendance and hope we can continue to produce a Home Parade that deserves your presence year after year.

We checked out a few of these homes and had a great time. They were all gorgeous. It is always fun to see the elegance of these homes. I really enjoyed the kids slide in the kitchen cupboard in the Highland Custom Homes entry
