Title: VP of Fulfillment
Ah-ha Moments Nathan Judd’s career in online marketing has had a series of boosts. Ah-ha.com. OrangeSoda. FamilyLink. And then the ultimate boost —Boostability. Judd was a smart early hire in 2010, brought on to help the company grow from startup to stalwart. And he’s done just that. After performing nearly every role on the operations side, Judd has watched the company skyrocket in growth, sales and services offered.
Childhood Vision “A manufacturing engineer, which seems totally random until you know it’s what my dad did (and still does). I didn’t know anything about it at the time, but I could tell he enjoyed it. I have memories of going to his desk above the shop floor, and I thought it was awesome.”
Growing Up “I was smart, shy, and socially awkward. I had good friends and enjoyed normal kids stuff for the late ‘80s/early ‘90s: riding bikes, Saturday morning cartoons, and playing computer games or Nintendo. My mom always encouraged us to read and gave us a book for every possible occasion (Thanks, Mom!).”
School Of Thought “I was bright, interested, and paid attention. My mom reminds me I could be pretty lazy, though. She still brings up the F I got mid-semester of 5th grade because I didn’t turn in any reading assignments.”
Hindsight is 20/20 “I wish I would have learned earlier the value of goal setting, prioritization, and having the end in mind.”
Clearing The Mind “My family does a great job of reminding me to keep work at the office. It helps to have an amazing spouse to spend time with, too. Love you, Fiona!”
Ultimate Vision “I’d love to help other companies put into place the processes and culture that make a great work environment. From hiring, daily routines, transparency in goal setting, and focus, if you develop the individual, the organization usually follows — and vice versa.”
