After meeting at UVSC (UVU) in 2005 and getting married in 2006, Chris and Sheralyn Bennett became interested in real estate from attending a seminar.
“We found out, frustratingly, that we were paying almost as much in rent for our apartment as we would pay for a mortgage on our own home,” Sheralyn says.
So, in 2008, the Bennetts purchased their first home. Since then, they’ve purchased several other properties along the way.
This love of real estate eventually led Sheralyn to become an agent in 2009, with Chris joining her in 2012. Chris and Sheralyn work together and are focused on developing long-lasting relationships with clients. Not only does this client-first approach mean they get fans for life, but it also means that those fans refer others to the Bennetts.
“We like to have fun and make the process as enjoyable as possible,” Sheralyn says.
Each Utah Valley natives, Chris and Sheralyn love the area and appreciate what makes it appealing to homeowners. And they have the expertise to make finding the right home at the right price easy. Chris has CNE (Certified Negotiation Expert), AHWD (At Home With Diversity) and e-PRO (use of technology) certifications and designations. He enjoys music (he plays bass in the local band, Noble Bodies), photography, traveling and spending time with his dogs.
Sheralyn has the CNE (Certified Negotiations Expert), AHWD (At Home With Diversity), e-PRO (use of technology), SFR (short sales), SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist), ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) and CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) certifications and designations. Sheralyn loves to be fit, take care of her dogs, travel and design interiors.

“They were always working to help us sell our house and were a pleasure to work with. We had a very short timeline that we were extremely stressed about, they gave good advice and tried new things along the way that helped us sell our house in the right timeframe for the price we wanted.” — Joey R.
