Timing matters in real estate.
Markets move, tastes change and neighborhoods evolve. So do real estate professionals.
Such is the case with Lauren Griner. Lauren started her real estate career as a receptionist at a real estate office. Then she became an assistant to a successful real estate team.
These initial responsibilities gave Lauren a unique perspective to the industry that led her to hit the ground running when she transitioned to earning her real estate license and becoming an agent in 2014.
Lauren was named the Rookie of the Year for 2015 from the Utah Central Association of Realtors®.
Lauren is like that great property you hear about before anyone else. She’s an up-and-coming superstar in the local real estate world with a passion for people and property. She’s new enough to the market that she still has the availability to serve a wide-range of real estate needs — from first-time home buyers chasing the American Dream to seasoned homeowners looking to downsize in retirement.
“I have a passion for real estate and I love helping people both buy and sell homes,” Lauren says. “Where someone lives greatly impacts how they feel about their quality of life.”
That is why Lauren’s passion for finding the right home, in the right place, at the right time for the right people is important to her.
As a local girl, Lauren is excited by the growth Utah Valley is experiencing and enjoys sharing the secrets of this area with anyone who is interested.
“Utah County is such a great place to live, work and play,” she says.
She understands the needs of families — especially young, growing families — because she’s part of one. She and her husband, Matt, have a young son and a newborn daughter. Different phases of life demand different housing options.
“This is a people-based business,” she says. “Knowing the real estate market is only part of the picture. You have to be able to connect with people, understand what they need and work hard to help them find it.”
When she’s not working hard for clients, she enjoys hiking, biking and exploring Utah with her husband and two children.
