CAREER HIGH NOTE “Reaching 100 percent occupancy at The Shops at Riverwoods. We did this through hard work and creativity.”

CAREER LOW NOTE “I left a really good job, with great friends and a great path, to chase a bigger salary, only to find the new job was grossly exaggerated and lonely. I learned a lot through that experience. Success is about loving what you do every day.”

MUSIC TO MY EARS “Always give your best effort. If you do something halfway, you will do everything halfway.”

BEATING TO MY OWN DRUM “I always choose a phone call or face-to-face with people over a text or email. It may be old fashioned, but experience with a person must be personal to have it be memorable.”

MY FORTE “Treating every person as a unique individual, whether they are a CEO, tenant or janitor. Everyone deserves to be valued.”

DREAM RECORD “To build on our success while maintaining a focus on my most important people, my family.”
