Then at age 28, he became a master electrician and started the company Black Diamond Electric. Dan’s goal was to create a company that gives customers top notch service, at a fair price, while maintaining a positive culture and growth opportunity for all the employees.
After 4 years as a electrical service company, reacting to customer demand, he expanded into HVAC, plumbing and drain cleaning. This was a major transition and lead to the new company name of Black Diamond Experts. From there the commitment to customer service and employee culture lead the company to what it is today having four locations, over 80 employees and a dedication to customers that was unrivaled in his industry.
