Local Electric, Plumbing, Heating & Air Company Offers Free Services To Families In Need And Teachers

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, several local companies have implemented new ways of serving their community. Joining this movement of kindness is Black Diamond Experts. This electric, plumbing, heating and air company is offering free services to teachers and collecting nominations for families in need who could benefit from technicians’ expertise.

Giving Back to Teachers

On April 17, Black Diamond Experts announced they are offering a free AC tune up and replacement filter for teachers to say thank you and support local educators.

“We understand that current difficulties extend beyond what is financial and physical; they’re mentally and emotionally trying as well. We know you miss our kids, their smiles, and making a difference in their lives. We miss how they light up because of your efforts. Our teachers are too often overlooked and we want to give back to you who have given so much to our children and the future generations of our communities in the Northern Utah and St. George area,” Black Diamond Experts announced in a Facebook post.

All free appointments for teachers must be scheduled by May 1. Find more details about this offer here.

Giving Back to Families

Additionally, Black Diamond Experts is collecting nominations for Utah families who could use their heating, air conditioning, plumbing or electrical services and have been negatively affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.

“Within our communities and throughout our state, there are a lot of hardships right now. We appreciate those who are taking extra steps to ensure their families, neighbors, and frontline healthcare workers are safe. There are many in our communities who are directly affected because of the results of COVID-19 due to a loss of wages, livelihood, or even a loved one. It’s those that we really want to help,” Black Diamond Experts said in a Facebook post.
