In her early life, Clara loved to run and identified herself by her ability to compete in races. However, when health concerns her sophomore year took away her stride, she found that “another door opened.” In her case, dozens of doors flew off their hinges.
Future plans Serve a mission this fall. Attend Southern Utah University as a Presidential Ambassador. Eventually, marry the man of my dreams and be the coolest mom that ever lived. (I will most definitely embarrass my children!)
Motto “B.E.A.S.T.S.” (Believe in yourself, Emulate the example of Christ, Attitude is everything, Stay true to yourself and your faith in every word and deed, Take opportunity, Serve with heart)
Guilty pleasure Researching animal genetics and eating ice cream (I don’t feel guilty for either).

Change the world My business is kindness. That is what I sell. This is what will change the world.
High school memories That one time when we didn’t go to school for 2 months … just kidding! I honestly can’t pick just one memory. I’ve been blessed with a fantastic high school experience.
Best advice “To thine own self be true.” Study your scriptures, say your prayers and never offend the spirit.
Stress management Country music jam sessions, crazy spontaneous dance parties with my sisters, being outside snuggling puppies and eating ice cream.
