In 2017, he started a company called Sourcehive, which provides jobs to Ghanaians who would otherwise not be employed. Brighton says, “I feel extremely blessed for the opportunity to work with the people of Ghana and do my part to create opportunities for them.” When Brighton isn’t doing international service, Utah Valley residents can find him running up and down Mount Timpanogos.
