When someone hires Steve and Stephanie Vincent, the couple won’t pawn them off onto an assistant or some random member of the “team.”
The Vincent “team” is made up of two people — Steve and Stephanie.
“We could do more volume if we hired people to work for us, but we want our clients to know when they hire us, they get us,” Steve says.
The Vincents have been the top agents by dollar volume in the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Elite Real Estate brokerage for the past two years. They have each served as president of the Utah Central Association of Realtors® — the first married couple to do so. And they have over 30 years of combined experience in real estate.
“We work together,” Stephanie says. “When someone calls us, they get both of us. We take them through the process — no matter what that process is.”
Unlike many other experienced, successful “boutique” real estate agencies, Steve and Stephanie haven’t limited their scope or specialized in a particular level of home. They enjoy working with all types of clients — buyers and sellers, first-time and dream-home — and find satisfaction in seeing repeat customers’ needs evolve over time.
“We relate well to younger buyers,” Steve says. “They are the age of our kids and appreciate our experience and ‘parental’ advice.”
The Vincents find special satisfaction with seeing those first-time homeowners experience the American dream first-hand.
However, they also have the robust experience, connections and tenacious marketing plan to take care of the highest-end clientele.
In fact, just about the only real estate transaction Steve and Stephanie don’t focus on is commercial leasing.
“However, I did work in commercial real estate in southern California for years before coming to Utah, so I also help some of my clients purchase investment properties,” Steve says. “We want to be their life-long real estate agents and help them with their ever-changing real estate needs.”
The Vincents are ready to answer the call of all types of clients. And they will answer the call personally.
