Jarrett Webster is a job creator at heart —nothing matters more to him than helping employees provide for their families. Revity, a marketing agency Webster founded with his brother, now has more than 50 employees doing just that. “My goal remains the same — create jobs by providing honest service with real value.” In addition to Revity, Webster co-founded a Utah County company in the cannabis industry with a mission to help bring stability and professionalism to an emerging CBD market, to create sales channels for growers/farmers, and to change the way people view and use hemp-made products.
PROUDEST ACCOMPLISHMENT Revity started with just my brother and me. We now have over 50 employees and the Revity family is everything to me. LEADERSHIP STYLE “I want people to be afraid of how much they love me.” — Michael Scott. Just kidding! I like to think of my leadership style as trusting. You were hired for a reason, so I trust you to do your job. Questions are always welcome, but if you aren’t asking any then I assume you are performing in a blaze of glory. WOULDA-COULDA-SHOULDA I am not sure I would change many things. Through the years of growth, we were either succeeding or we were learning. WHEN THE GOING GETS TOUGH I tend to talk through problems with trusted confidants (my wife, partners, etc). Although this doesn’t always bring me to a solution, it helps me take complicated problems and define them. Once you can name something, it isn’t as scary, intimidating, or tough. I also consider myself a religious person and tend to turn to meditation and prayer. ULTIMATE CAREER DREAM I love creating jobs and positively impacting people’s lives by making ways for them to take care of themselves and their families. If I can do that for the rest of my career, I’ll be happy.
