Shad Webb is on the move. After graduating Summa Cum Laude from the Woodbury School of Business at UVU in 2009, he received his real estate license and began working part time as a junior commercial agent under several of Utah County’s top commercial brokers. Webb scored the Rookie of the Year nomination while at Coldwell Banker Commercial Advisors and has made the Top 2% Producer list for his brokerage for the past 6 years. And he’s now a mover and shaker at Mountain West Commercial Real Estate. Webb has spent his 13-year career representing numerous large and small businesses in Utah County, resulting in millions of dollars in transaction volume and averaging 80-100 commercial transactions per year.
